First Row...Orbital

Spontaneous release, she is my freedom and gets me up from my shoulder bone to my feet. She is a fried loaded nutter and my ultimate release. She is flexible and hard at the same time and gets an action and reaction. One for one and one for later, down through the hall, sitting pretty and waiting for your feet to rest and kick her deep. Should you tease and trust the best that she has? Think backwards and go back in time to becoming and reclaiming the inner child. Secure and safe and if all three hundred of my hair on my chimney chin chin falls out, it does not matter because the joy for bouncing around which is locked up in the old cupboard/dusty cob-webbed hinged steel doors have been opened by her. Totally sending my head into a spin and orbiting round and round the inter-dimensional matrix unseen by the naked eye.

She is my trampoline lesson. Coming into a position which I never thought I will be. It was fueled by my Personal Bucket list. So this item is not as easy as taking a flight to La la Land and ticking it off the list. I signed up for my first adults' gymnastics class after swinging on a Trapeze in Laos while tubing. If you were not doing what you are doing would you be a happy trucker? Choc a block, with ideas brimming in my head. Needless to say I was incoherently drunk and managed to get really bad rope burn while swinging on the Trapeze. But the point is that it thrust me in the right direction of wanting to do something SUMTHING.

That was Trampoline. I wanted to do so much more with my body. Learning how to excel in an office environment had me forget what I had naturally. The tool, my birthright, my body, my ski boat, jet plane, car, fly away the holiday smells in my shell. Are you really too busy to pay attention to the best thing in life? Remember the tune? "The Best TING in life is free?" Humans and especially kids can push their body... and it is super duper fun and sometimes it seems like only the physically best ones can do 'em tricks and spins and flips.

But we are all the best of the best. The creme de la creme because according to Steven Pearl, "I cannot believe that out of 100,000 sperm, you were the quickest" So you must be fast and furious and been no. 1 once in your life.

Plus I saw a friend somersault into the water and thought that it would be awesome to do be able to do that. When I hosted the Youth Olympic Games play event at Singapore Changi Airport, loads of kids were so amazing like that and flung themselves into the bungee, trampoline, basket ball tug o war match fearlessly while they got slammed properly back. So following their cue and envisaging swan dives into the water, I will be flipping myself into a wet and sweaty class of adult gymnastics but first things first. So yesterday was my first class and it was the best TING ever. (I like pronouncing the Thing without the H has more of a punch). It was really exciting to be doing handstands forward rolls and most importantly bouncing on a trampoline. It raised my adrenaline and got me feeling really naturally high. Funny what a few tumbles will do for you what designer bags can't.

If armpit leads the lives of quiet perspiration,(Patrick Murray)....then personally
for me, it's better than quiet desperation by not sweating. Let's commence the rolling and tumbling!
