Lady Gaga's concert last night at Fort Canning Park Singapore was too cool for school. Hello? The self-declared and somewhat seemingly delusional Candy Warhol wore bubbles, sequins, an animal's head, triangle and glorified leather bra and knickers with a full view of her ass hanging.
She WORKED it out. In fact, B1 (a mate of with a code share name banana in pyjamas)commented that it was down to the fact that she was so overtly sexual that it become artistic. A feast for the visual senses and it titillated every XX and XY chromosome in the park. What about the likes of wasps, bees, and ants that have no sex chromosomes and were hanging around Fort Canning park? They stopped in their tracks to check her outrageous toe thumping piano music.
The wasp gasp as she then proceeded to stand over it with her hind gloriously stuck out. Yes there has been debate whether Lady Gaga is a man with videos on YouTube and allegations the net. When she was going to do her Boyz Boys Boyz track, she shouted to the crowd, "Where my gay boys at?" So it was a song for them boyz and not us lasses.
But could she be an insect? Because genders on these species is only determined via on fertilization. If an egg becomes fertilized it will develop into a female. A non-fertilized egg may develop into a male. So maybe her gender never got determined because she never developed fully into one species but morphned somehow when a tiny champagne bubble floated on her mother's egg. SO? it is not her fault. Yeah right that will be the day innit? Got my lights up for the next pitch to "A BUG'S LIFE". She does work the sunnies like a giant insect though...Anyhoos, Whatever it is... It's out of this world.
As a show of respect, I decided to go big and put on a Karen Miller gold leather track suit because that outfit has never seen the light of day since it was purchased years ago but now the time has come...In fact, the suit is so bright that it burns your eyes. So I decided with my gal friend to add stars to the line up and maximise the shine.
The music, production and performance was awesome. The annoying but endearing bit was that Lady Gaga could not stop talking about Chili Crabs... midway through her songs and short set. Short but punchy and that poker face can sing sing Singapore away. Her Quotable quote of the night when playing the set in the bubble outfit was " I am just a blonde bitch in bubbles!"
